3. No Guarantees

While many clinics see increased bookings, we do not guarantee specific results. Performance depends on factors such as:

• Call volume
• Message volume
• Patient demand
• Clinic availability
• Staff responsiveness

4. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period, usually up to 1 week. During this time, you can evaluate the service without obligation.

5. Fees

After the trial:

• Fees are typically based on a percentage of recovered revenue or agreed pricing
• Payment terms will be communicated clearly
• Continued use of the service implies acceptance of fees

6. Cancellation

You may stop using the service at any time. No long-term contracts are required unless explicitly agreed.

7. Clinic Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information
• Ensure call forwarding or other technical requirement is set up correctly
• Handle patient bookings appropriately
• Comply with local healthcare and data regulations

8. Limitation of Liability

Eden Clinic Network is not liable for:

• Lost revenue or indirect damages
• Missed communications outside our control
• Service interruptions due to telecom providers or third parties
